Daniel Philip Designer and Founder of Atlas Creative Group has always been business-minded. During his early days, he used to take things apart and put them back together as one of his many passions. Building something more interesting than selling it for small pennies. When asked why Daniel simply wanted to understand how everything works and fascinated by how things connect with each other in forming something greater than what it used to be.
At 16 or 17, he and his cousin launched their first fruit drink business. Growing up on a farm filled with Maple trees in Canada, the young entrepreneur saw it as an opportunity to satisfy a demand in the community. After school, he spent most of his spare time with his father creating the perfect maple syrup recipe for his business. This shows how the young entrepreneur always had the knack for building and designing. An extraordinary visionary mind.
Growing up, he knew exactly that he’s meant for something greater than staying in his hometown all his life. That’s why he flew to Australia to find purpose. He spent all his time enjoying what life has to offer. Immersing in surfing, exploring, and connecting. All things he is passionate about. Daniel said in one of his podcasts;
I always knew I’m going to do extraordinary things, I just didn’t have clarity of knowing what it was yet at the time. Until I saw an ad online while I was lying in bed in a testing facility. That was the epitome of change.
Sure enough, the young visionary saw an opportunity and tapped into the Dropshipping business at 20 years old. He flew to the Philippines and formed his “Dream Team” that’s where he met Daniel Diaz. A humble man as well. He had no prior business experience Living in poverty all his life. A man drove, ambitious and passionate in learning so much from the young entrepreneur. Now, leading the biggest driving sales force in the organization as the CEO of ACG Philippines.
Five years ago, Daniel Philip and Daniel Diaz with a few pioneers started various small dropshipping brands called Looks and Lavenne. When asked what that was like, Daniel Philip said;
It was like being a father for the first time and not knowing what we were doing. Countless sleepless nights, frustrating moments, and coffee. We did everything we could to make the business stand on its own two feet. Taking baby steps and figuring out what works and what -doesn’t. It’s the first time for all of us but we made it work. We constructed a marketing strategy that has skyrocketed through the years and making buzz today. The rise of the “Influencer and Brand Manager Program.
Social Media has been a pivotal part of the organization and during that time Daniel Philip knew that Instagram would take off and be what it is today based on market trends and what the future is heading towards as an investor. Gen Z and Millenials would create a social space where all of their opinions would be heard everywhere in the world. Influencing their followers to what they believe in and what they stand.
This fact has been a major breakthrough with ACG’s Influencer program and as various companies duplicate the same strategy, the organization knows the backbone of the innovation. They understand it inside and out more than most brands out there and have made sure it has been centralized and trademarked to meet their client’s and brand managers’ standards.
We interviewed the man who has been working with Daniel Philip since the start of the company. The Chief Executive Operator of ACG Philippines and the main support of the driving sales force in Asia, Daniel Diaz and according to him;
I remember exactly the time and date when we worked on the most successful marketing strategy that made more conversions than ads during that time. I know for sure cos we put so much time, effort and sleepless nights formulating, executing, and testing it back then. We had 5 whiteboards up in a small confined space with 5 people just to crack the code and we did. We definitely did. Therefore, having various brands try to duplicate what we have made from scratch doesn’t affect us in any way.
He also added:
70% of brands that are using our Influencer and Brand Manager Programs usually only stay in business within 3-6 months. Sources have confirmed that and what’s more unfortunate is the fact that they are leaving their sales to force up to dry. ACG Philippines has over 1,000 sales representatives that work from home. We have 20 active brands that are converting really well. The number keeps on growing every single day. We have managed to put more people to work than all other private sectors and government agencies. I am proud of what the company has become. Daniel Philip believed in my capabilities and so I’m returning the favor.
This shows that with grit, determination, and discipline you’re able to make a small dropshipping business to one of Asia’s leading and fastest-growing E-com companies with over eight partners all over the world. Philippines, US, China, Latvia, Indonesia, Netherlands, India, and Brazil. And various luxury designer brands: La Hera, Daniel Philip Watch, Monteza, Palmpe, Sandflair, Swimnova, Cuzzette, Vonachi are just some of the subsidiary brands the company has created. ACG led by Daniel Philip has also tapped into retail launching his first-ever shop in Bali in February then the US market after.
The organization has been operating a sustainable workforce for years and will continue to expand its horizons and create more jobs for people all around the world. Atlas Creative Group is constantly looking for innovators, aspiring entrepreneurs, creators, designers, sales representatives, marketing professionals, and many more. All things are possible for the company. Connect with Daniel’s Instagram page for updates on upcoming events and job positions.
