Born in New Jersey, moving to North Carolina, and now finally settling in Atlanta, Georgia is up-and-coming rap sensation, Finesse Cobain. Ever since he was a young kid, Cobain knew that he wanted to be a rapper. After making his first song at the age of 12, Cobain fell in love with the process of making music and can’t imagine going a day without it. “I just speak on what I’ve been through and what I continue to go through. I lost so many friends from either dying or to them having life in prison. I got people that’s living through me from inside a cell, I got people that’s looking down on me still wanting me to win, I got people that’s here with me every day that still depend on me,” says Cobain.
Representing not only himself but the ones he holds closest to him as well, Finesse Cobain has a clear chip on his shoulders to provide them with the life of their dreams. There’s a lot of challenges that come with being an artist that not many get to see, but he takes anything that comes at him head-on because he knows when it’s all said and done it will be all worth it.
