How Personal Trainer Parker Egerton Helped Over 8,000 Individuals Reach Their Fitness Goals Through Online Fitness

Many people may recognize Parker Egerton as the face of brands in national TV commercials, the man gracing the covers of Iron Man Magazine, or from various TV series. But over the last eight years, Parker has completely transformed himself into a CEO, managing his global brand called Parker Physique, an online platform dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals through the digital space.

Parker is one of the Top Online Trainers in the world. Over the course of his unique career, the fitness expert has helped over 8,000 clients from his website. Parker Physique plays a pivotal role in its clients’ lives as the personal trainer guarantees sustainable results and tailor-fitted programs for each of them. Parker believes that there’s no single formula to fitness. He has encountered clients with different problems—recovering from injury, correcting bad form, or finding the right diet plan.

Parker began his fitness journey as a personal trainer at a Gold’s Gym, which was later sold to a company called OneLife Fitness. As a personal trainer, he had to build his own clientele. With hard work and dedication, Parker was able to gain the trust of a considerable base of clients who saw how his meticulous approach to fitness reshaped their lives.

“I was doing well in the company to where I got a promotion and became an Assistant Fitness Director while still training a handful of my clients. I did this for a while and realized that I was bringing the company a lot more than what I was being paid,” Parker recalled. “I knew that if I broke off and did it on my own, with a lot of motivation, I can be successful,” he added. And so, Parker broke off from the corporate world to tackle personal training on his own, to build his own fitness community as an independent trainer.

Parker started freelance training at a gym called Houze of Champions. He shared that freelancing gave him more control over his time and resources, as he only had to book clients according to his schedule and only needed to answer to the owner of the gym, who was also his good friend. Soon, his independent training career took off. Even with his success in Virginia Beach, Parker knew that he could achieve much more. Hence, he turned to social media to attract more clients and broaden his clientele.

“Before I knew it, I was making much more off my website that I was doing one-on-one personal training. With one-on-one personal training, I had hit a glass ceiling because there are only 24 hours in a day for me to train my clients. Whereas I can sign 20 people a day via my website,” said Parker. Despite shifting his fitness program online, Parker ensures that his clients receive the personalized fitness approach they deserve. Unlike other online coaches with a team of people behind their brand, Parker wants his clients to interact with him as much as possible.

Every program in Parker’s online fitness program is customized to address the needs of each client. “I help teach my clients portion sizes, when to eat their meals, how long to take between meals and what snacks are okay versus which ones to stay away from,” the expert said.

Asked where he sees Parker Physique would be in five years, the fitness expert shares that he aims to help 4,000 to 5,000 more clients. He also wants to continue building his brand on social media to reach more people who need his help anywhere in the world. “When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see? Are you comfortable with the way you feel? If not, are you ready to take your fitness training to the next level and let me help you achieve your fitness goals? I truly love hearing success stories from my clients! Will you be my next success story?” asked Parker.
