Social media star Lisa Daniels from Los Angeles wasn’t convinced her career would last longer than a few months – but nearly two decades later, business is still booming.
The star has over 697,000 followers on Instagram (@lisadaniels) and owns a successful fashion business.
So what’s the secret to Lisa’s success? Multiple jobs.
In addition to her social media career, she also works as a model, which has not only brought in more money, but also served as inspiration for her business.
In February 2018, Lisa launched JuicySins (@juicysinsxoxo) – selling lingerie, bikinis and fajas (Colombian underwear that helps women achieve a ‘bottle-shaped’ figure).
The star got the idea from the fact that she always has a hard time finding lingerie and swimsuits that she liked and figured other women must feel the same.
She began to construct her own online fashion business – JuicySins – that sold pieces that had been personally selected by her.
Thanks to Lisa’s time as a model she knows first-hand what women want and that one size definitely doesn’t fit all.
She goes out of her way to ensure each product has been tried and tested to make sure it’s sexy, good quality and enhances the body and curves.
The businesswoman takes a lot of pride in her work knowing that women of all shapes and sizes will look beautiful in her bikinis and lingerie.
Lisa’s online fashion emporium has been possible thanks to her experience and career, which has not only funded her venture, but helped her understand what women want from their lingerie.
And it has also taught her some very valuable business skills as being self-employed is a never-ending challenge.
Promotion, inventory, designing and making – she does it all herself. Even her JuicySins website was created by Lisa in three days with no sleep.
Although she likes to spoil herself, the model’s biggest motivator is independence – and being able to support and take care of her family.
And she’s not planning to retire anytime soon.
She’s currently on the hunt for new business opportunities and is already in the process of starting two new projects.
