Recent reports show that 47% of women and 22% of men experienced moderate to significant weight gain during the months of March to June 2020. With many statewide restrictions that prevented people from leaving their home, going to the gym, and participating in outdoor recreational activities, like going for a jog or hiking, busy business owners and professionals didn’t have time to reinvent the wheel.
The problem is that once we let our health slip through our fingers, concludes Tariq, it causes adverse reactions in the rest of our professional lives.
