UK Hip-Hop Producer Pxrv is Paving the way for Music Producers to Emerge as Lead Artists With new Single Entitled ‘Drunk’

As history dictates, music producers and track engineers have always been the talent behind the curtains, laying the foundations for a track to be published under a notable singer/rapper. We now live in the modern era, where anyone in the industry is able to create a product that can appeal to the audience through the multiple streams of online media.

Today, music producers are more-so than ever becoming just as influential as vocalists, and this is through the power of their compositions and persona.

Who is Pxrv?

Parwinder Marway (Parv), known in music as ‘Pxrv’ is an artist of North Indian (Punjabi) origin. Pxrv has trained in classical North Indian music and has been brought up around the traditional Indian framework of classical music and instrumentation. West London based producer/engineer Pxrv has taken his time in curating his favoured style of music. A harmonious blend of Hip-Hop, R&B, Afro-Swing and a swig of anything alternative that pleases the ear.

Multi-cultural artists are on the rise and are breaking through into mainstream media. We live in a time where diversity is natural, and the notion of “music is translating as a single language” could never be more true.

Drunk – The new single

The new release from Pxrv follows ‘Callin’ which was released in 2019 (BBC Radio 1 feature with Annie Nightingale) with Cartier Ricks and Jmuni (LoadB Muni) on lead vocals. ‘Drunk’ is an urban, smooth, and catchy take on UK Hip-Hop/Rap, with Cartier Ricks, LoadB Muni, A1clone and Reapz as lead vocals, and associate producer Arjxn.

‘Drunk’ was composed with a big-room club sound in mind. Public response suggests it has such commercial value that it could very easily be featured anywhere, be it at a club, party, or on TV/Film as a soundtrack.

Drunk releases under the “LoadB” collective, and Pxrv is the in-house track engineer and composer for the camps artists such as Cartier Ricks and Loadb Muni.
